SECLOAD Solutions Com. Informatica, Ltda. ("SECLOAD") provides this web site (the "Site") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement ("Agreement"). 1. Personal data we collect, how do we collect it, and why we collect it

3. In case we share your personal data

3.1. We may transfer or disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

3.1.1. To our companies, third party services providers, suppliers, agents, and other organizations who provide data processing services to us, or who otherwise process personal data on our behalf for purposes that are described in this privacy policy or notified to you when we collect your personal data;

3.1.2. To our authorized partners, and other partners to process your order or sales enquiry, manage your licenses, provide technical or customer support, advise of upcoming product or service license expiry and renewal dates, or as otherwise notified to you when we collect your personal data;

3.1.3 to any government department, agency, court or other official bodies where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish, participate in, or defend our legal rights, or limit the damages we sustain in litigation or other legal dispute, or (iii) to protect your vital interests, privacy, or safety, or those of our customers or any other person;

Except as set out above, we will not disclose your personal data save where we need to do so to enforce this privacy policy, our End User License Agreement, our rights generally, or where required or permitted by applicable local or foreign law.

Whenever we share personal data, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that it is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. This may include without limitation aggregating or de-identifying information so that it is not intended to be used by the third party to identify you.

4. Data collected when you use our products and services

We use data that we collect from products and services for the purposes for which you provided it, usage and audience counts, monitoring the performance and effectiveness of the products and services, monitoring compliance with our terms and conditions, enabling compatibility with third party operating systems/products/services, planning future roadmap strategy, planning product/service/feature, conducting industrial or scientific research, developing new products and services, enhancing existing products and services, troubleshooting product issues, generating statistics, reporting, and trend analysis. This may include incidental personal data (for example IP addresses, file names, and file paths). We observe strict confidentiality and take extreme care to protect your valuable data. Source projects you send to us are temporarily stored on our secure servers in an encrypted form, once the analysis is complete and you have received the report your project is securely erased from our secure servers. In case re-evaluation is expected we may securely store small amount of data related to the false positive findings. It will be securely erased after the re-evaluation is completed. Supplementary data you send us for analysis, evaluation or interpretation (such as log or data files generated by our products and services) are securely stored as long as they are necessary for providing you the requested service and are securely erased afterwards. On your request, we may collect data about access to and traffic passing through your network and your equipment for the purposes of delivering our services. These data are securely stored as long as needed for providing you with the service requested and are securely erased afterwards.
