Three operating models
Customer-managed (commercial only, no posture), co-managed (posture shared), fully managed (partner operates). The boundary is enforced in code, not in a contract clause.
Strict tenant isolation
Partner operators authenticate against a separate identity table. Internal admin lives on the portal host, partners on their own host. Soft references keep schemas independent.

We onboard partners who match the program. The application asks about your motion, market, and a business contact email. Free, public, and disposable email domains are refused at submission, same engine as customer registration.
